How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated depending on the destination country. The current costs are:

US: $5.95

Canada: $7.95

UK & Europe: $6.95

Rest of World: $8.95

Additionally, we offer Free Worldwide Shipping for all orders over $150!

Where is my order shipped from?

We ship from two fulfillment centres to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible – St Petersburg, Florida and Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Your order will be shipped from the fulfillment centre closest to the delivery address to minimise shipping times e.g. all orders to the USA and Canada will ship from Florida, and orders to the UK, Ireland and rest of Europe will ship from Amsterdam.

How long will shipping take?

USA: 2-5 business days

UK & Europe: 5-7 business days

Canada: 5-10 business days

Australia, New Zealand: 5-20 business days

Rest of World: 8-20 business days

Each order is handpicked and undergoes a quality control inspection before leaving us. We always try to complete this within 1 business day, but it can take up to 3 business days during busy times. This is in addition to the shipping times above.

Once an order has left our warehouse it is in the hands of the carrier. The majority of orders are delivered within the timescales above, but unfortunately they are not guaranteed. No amendments can be made once an order has left us, so please contact us as soon as possible after ordering if you need to make any changes.

Who is my order shipped with?

Due to us shipping orders globally, we work with a number of logistics partners.

USA: All orders are shipped with USPS

Canada: All orders are shipped with UPS

UK, Europe, Rest of World: All orders are shipped with our global logistics partner, Landmark Global. Once the order arrives in the destination country, it will be delivered by the domestic mail carrier in that country on the equivalent of a First Class service.

Is tracking available?

Tracking information is available for all orders delivered to the US, Canada, UK and around 36 other countries.

Tracking details will be sent to you by email as soon as it’s available, and is also available in your My Account page and on the Order Tracking page. No tracking information will be available until the package has cleared customs in the destination country.
