Changed your mind?

We hope that you and your loved one are satisfied with your purchase, however if you would like to return an item for any reason, you can do so for a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

We don’t currently offer exchanges so your return will be refunded to your original payment method, however you are free to purchase a replacement item yourself from our website.

All items must be returned unused and unworn and in their original packaging. Your refund will be completed within 7 working days from us receiving the item(s) in satisfactory condition.

Any personalized items (e.g. engraved watches or custom necklaces, this does not include printed message cards) cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival (see below).

Damaged or faulty items

All items are checked for quality control purposes before leaving us, however sometimes our couriers aren’t so careful. If an item arrives and is damaged or faulty, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage.

Any damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

How to return

You must first contact us by emailing [email protected], including your order number, reason for return and photos of any damaged or faulty items. Please also include your name (we’re a friendly bunch) and phone number so that one of the team can call you if required.

We will contact you with our returns instructions, and will refund your payment back to the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the item(s) in satisfactory condition.

Returns can only be dealt with by email, and please do not send any returns to our registered office address.

Cost of return shipping

All return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases which are deemed our fault (e.g. incorrect item sent, manufacturing error etc.).
