Shipping

Shipping is calculated on the destination country. The current costs are:

US: $5.95

Canada: $7.95

UK & Europe: $6.95

Rest of World: $8.95

Shipping times vary depending on the destination. We have two fulfillment centers to reduce shipping times as much as possible, these are located in St Petersburg, Florida, and Amsterdam, Netherlands.

US domestic orders are usually delivered within 2-5 business days after the order has been processed.

UK and European orders are usually delivered in 5-7 business days after the order has been processed.

Other destinations take slightly longer, but normally within 8-20 business days. For full details, see our Shipping page.

All US domestic orders are shipped with USPS.

All Canada orders are shipped with UPS.

Orders outside of the US and Canada are shipped with our global logistics partner, Landmark Global. Once orders reach their destination country, they are handed over to the domestic mail carrier and delivered on the equivalent of a First Class service.

Tracking information is available for all orders shipped to the US, UK and around 36 other countries. Tracking information will be made available as soon as the order is handed to our logistics partner.

Ordering

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Discover. We also accept payments via Apple Pay.

100%! Our entire site, including the full checkout process, is secured by SSL. Our payment processor have been audited and certified as a PCI Compliance Level 1 service provider.

All payments are processed by Stripe, a global payment processor who has over 2 million customers worldwide.

Returns & Refunds

We do! All orders (excluding any which have been personalised e.g. engraving) can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.

Returning an order is easy, you just need to contact us to let us know you’d like to return and the reason. Take a look at our Returns page for full details.

All return shipping expenses to our office in the UK will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is damaged on delivery or any other error which is deemed as our fault.

All refunds will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving the item back in satisfactory condition. Refunds will be sent to the payment method which was used for the initial order.

We don’t currently offer exchanges, so you will need to return the item first before placing a new order.
